Soviet Mobilization 3% per turn? Can't find the script?

Hi,

I have gone through and looked at the script but cannot find what is going on.

After 1/1/1941 SU is moving 3% every turn toward Allies. I have only 4 units within Warsaw.

Additional info;
I took Jerusalem and Palestine with an Italian AVL.
Did all France Strat.

I can't figure out what is moving the USSR every turn. I know after Barbarossa historical date the % move should kick in but I don't know what it is starting earlier.

I also took Malta if that matters.

USSR Mobiliztion

Under the Mobilization 3 script you'll find that in 1941 the USSR moves 1-2% per turn (and that means both Allied and Axis turns)
After 6/22/41 an additional 1-3% is added (yes cumulative so 2-5%)
And once 1942 hits your looking at a total of 5-10%

ah gotcha I was not taking into account both allied an axis turns. Thank you!
