Where are the Victory conditions?

Looked through the manual and cannot find exactly how to score VP's and what are the victory conditions.

The victory conditions are scenario specific and they are explained in the briefing of each scenario.

Well the briefing for the scenario I am playing, Elenb.. ridge says nothing about a victory. Just the scenario description.

Before you enter a scenario the Victory Conditions per points needed to win are displayed.
They are the same for all the scenarios, iirc.
On the map, tool-tip over the bar to the right of the HIS tab.
