It's a screencapture from interactive map site and there is an app and an english version (not sure if there is a an app in english though).

There is a flash version in the english version of the site. But how to run it, flash is abandoned, AFAIK.

I saw that website some time ago, flash is outdated and unsafe. Nice that somebody made a video.
