ScenEdit_PlayVideo non-functional?

Been trying to get the PlayVideo LUA function to work. No avail. Message comes up in the LUA window but I get nothing playing. Included a random video on my computer and a save file.

Add a folder to your CMO folder called "video" and place the included video there, run the scenario and use the special function button. I see a small window appear and disappear.

Is this just nonfunctional feature in the game, or am I doing it wrong?

Hi, I was able to reproduce the video by converting the mp4 to avi
