mot bde issues

Server game with bomanz

just noted that some mot. bde are multirole, some not, some not even motorized by default

There was an OB problem with the two mot Bde OB, one was combat and the other multirole, I believe they were of different motorization types as well.
That data issue was recently fixed but it does not affect ongoing games.
