Where is my division? (Solved, its upgraded!)

On turn 20 I noticed that I have 99th light division that was supposed to go WE on turn 21.

Note. This screenshot is from start of the game turn 1, not my current game:


I got back a turn, so I'm at turn 21 now, and open WE TB to check how this division is going and discovered that there is no such division.



Ok. Lets search for it. Nope.



Lets sort all divisions my their names.

We can see that we have 97, 98, MISSING ONE, 100, 101



And OOB in transfer:

Also it was not participating in any battles

There is chance that a unit gets renamed or redesignated too - but I am not sure how to keep track of these changes alas. Maybe it's in the Editor?
