Unable to reply to a tech issue

Unable to post a reply to a NorbSoftDev technical issue. Says something like 'unable to post email, phone, or whatnot for 10 days' or something. The funny thing is there are none of these in the post. Just a requested text log of the game to one of the tech specialists from the company's development team and moderator here. Please explain.
