Meta Defense Line Building

I have found the new meta to build defensive lines in post 42.

Simply place a fortified zone outside of cities/urban/heavy urban. Set their TOE 1 (Why waste German men who do nothing). Place Romanian infantry breakdowns/very small units and cap their toe to their current. Give them to the useless Romanaian corps, stripping them of all their SUs. Set supply priority to 1 if you need stuff at the front or 4 to build faster. If the enemy comes within a few tiles start a new line or set them all to reserve.

Either or, fortified zones are useless outside of the fact they allow lvl 3 forts behind the line outside cities.

Romanian ID are equally useless.

Thus a match was born in heaven.
