Odd unit status

Following the latest patch, a unit was damaged, probably should have been destroyed, but ended up with no component parts. Should this happen?

Strange, perhaps some corrupted file during update !
I check last beta and all graphics seem ok.
What Scenario and version ?

Version 1.01.03. The scenario was Wacht Am Rhein.

The unit will disappear a turn later. It happend in pre-1.01.03 versions as well. Usually happens when a unit is destroyed, but for some reason the counter is not removed immediately.
