Can't login into PBEM

Hello,

it seems that after the new update I need to put my credentials again to login. But it always says "Sorry - you are not logged in. Please try again.".
I double checked that my credentials are correct.

Could anybody help me with this issue please.

After some time and not much help from the support team, I found out that now there are no special characters allowed in the password. At the time of the creation of my user it was still allowed. further I saw that the '&' symbol is causing the problem.It is converted to an '_' for the next charater that comes after the '&' symbol. In my case it was a T with an underscore or at least it looks like that in the game (saw it when i try to create a new user and the input in the password field is shown).

The support said they cannot help here but I hope they can reset my password somehow but I need to wait for there reply.

EDIT: the user with the same password still works in WWI though but I think it's because there is no new update like WiE and WaW ones.

Yes that would make sense as we had to redo the code regarding special characters, so it hasn't shown up in WWI yet as that has not yet been patched.

Hopefully they can reset your password soon enough and if not please let me know,
