OTHER AREAS:

China: Basically stalemate until Rangoon is liberated and extra supply will start to flow to China.

Central Pacific: Planned invasions will take place in January. USN has made some carrier raids, but has been unable to draw IJN into battle lately.

At HK those level 8 forts are ruining your troops. I think you need to stop attacking for a while and bomb/bombard to reduce the enemy's supplies. Once they are out of supply the level 8 forts should be ripe for reduction.
