can't get past non-phasing choose sea are

In the attached game the CW has fought combats in the med. CW and France was phasing. CW and France finished. then it went to Italy as non-phasing. But they could do nothing and there was no lit up green button. The bug report appeared and was sent in. This may be an issue with Italy's computer... I am not sure.

Sorry, I think we can ignore this one. I changed the game file to a head to head, and the problem disappeared. I am taking that to mean it's not a game fault but may have something to do with the computer and yes we did restart the comp.

Or the internet connection or the forum. We had recently a couple of losses of connection to forum while playing
