[v1.10.05b] Something is very wrong with trading report

There are always zeros in private/public trading, despite, as you can see, trading did take place. Additionally, in another game in imports/exports there were imports and exports from my own empire.

Can provide a save if needed.

International trade appears to not happen, too.
