Logistics Hover over %

It may be beneficial to have a percent added to 'Sent out' and 'Lost' when you hover over a Depot, at least for myself it would help me visual the logistics a bit more.

Yes, everything that means adding extra information that helps to make the management of the game's multiple data more intuitive and digestible is positive
