1.06 Missing carriers?

Just purchased the game and installed it together with update. I have done 3 turns in 1941 campaign and small ship campaign. What has happened to the carriers Enterprise and Lexington? They are not in PH and weren't sunk in the attack. Not in deployment queue either. Am I missing something?

They will both appear as reinforcements in Pearl Harbor on turn 2.
