Romanian oil

not sure what's going on yet but in a recent small fleet pbem game German oil production plunged I investigated and discovered Romania had a lot! it appears they are no longer send Germany their oil! anyone else have this issue?

Only time I have seen that is when the rail from there to German is cut but don't remember them even storing it to be honest.

If Romanian reserves are low, they will stop sending oil for a turn to rebuild their reserves. Shipments should restart next turn.

Same thing happened to me. I let Rumanian reserves drop to 0 and they kept a whole turns production back home. Kinda an FU to Germany for not paying attention.
