Airfield Strike

I am attacking British bombers in their airfields, there are no fighters or anti-aircraft, in 4 attacks I have lost 3 planes, and my rival none. From what I've read on the forum, attacking bombers lose more effectiveness than bombed ones. We are going that this action is totally useless and counterproductive, it would be good that at least the attacking bombers do not have casualties. If this is not going to be fixed, wouldn't it be better to remove the possibility of airfield strike?

All it does is wear down the enemy units efficiency.

And yes it should do a lot more.
