[1.10.06]Game crashes after end turn

Game in attachment - when I click end turn - game crashes when it tries to load another human player. It should be reproducable(even when you dont move and simply click end turn - it still occurs) - 1.10.06 from Steam - Open Beta.

Forum is having some troubles with attachments at the moment. Not sure why.

With 1.1.0.07 - end turn works again.
