Not for the game\application you provided pictures for. This particular sub forum is for Command Modern Operations, not sure how you ended up here.

That said I see you reported it there and someone said to post in some generic matrix tech support forum, which I have no idea where they meant to direct you for your login problem, perhaps to Slitherine idk, seems confusing as hell, maybe just open an official support ticket via https://www.matrixgames.com/contacts.
