Orders?

I made own scenario and me and my brother play it with hotseat. But we have a problem. When my brother try move his units they can move only backward and SPWAW says 'You need 2 orders'. How I can add them more orders or is that impossible?

That means that you need to call and place at least two orders for Matrix products before it lets you continue with the game

Turn commnad and control off until you are comfortable with how it works

During Human deploy - for each side - click the map at a point past the victory hexes (I use the middle of the edge of the board) and then click the green flag buttom to set the respective side to advance to that point. That should help.
