"Sticky" topic - known bugs

Al...

Can there be a "sticky" topic created by you that has a list of the known bugs and fixes that you are aware of and may be working on in the next release?

After each release you could change the topic to "implemented" and move bug fixes you did not resolve, to the next topic.


I have a list but want to make sure.
