I have same problem with Orange color for 3D models using TacView. I dont know if it depends on some parameter when the scenario is designed.

Dear all,

Thanks for your interest in developing/completing my Baltic Brawl 2022 scenario.

Enemy units starting orange when you re-load the scenario
I had the opposite issue during the development phase; when loading the editor, all what should start unfriendly (orange) actually starts red. I must have changed postures a million times and still every time I re-loaded, postures were hostile.

I struggled with this a long time and unable to find out why, I had some lua help, to force this through:
There is an Event/Trigger: "Scenario is loaded" with the action "Set postures".
This forces "unfriendly" postures. When you start the scenario and look at contacts you can see the back and forth.

What I gather from your feed-back is that this event repeats at all reloads??!!

I've now unchecked the "Event is repeatable"
