BUG: galactopedia blocking start new game

I opened the galactopedia, then while still open quit to main menu and tried to start a new game.

Result: the galactopedia is blocking the button to advance to the next page and eventually start the game, but the galaxy setup does not allow to close the galactopedia because it would need an interaction outside of the galaxy setup window.
