Ship designer Bug 1.0.1.6 "Star Marine Barracks"

Hello I have noticed a issue with the "Star Marine Barracks" once researched the ship designer thinks it is a crew quarter and using the upgrade button on designs will fill the ship with marines and not crew.

I have researched up to level 3 crew quarters and the issue persists (with level 1 being the basic crew quater)
