Post by mikeburskey »

Is there a linked or dynamic campaign in the new Vietnam game?

Thanks for any response!

There are currently no linked or dynamic campaigns in Vietnam

Instead, there are currently two "A Week in ..." series scenarios, that has you commanding a Brigade (or larger) sized unit over the course of 7 days, where each day has a different mission for each battalion.

The "A week in ..." scenarios look very interesting. Are the daily missions for the battalions randomized from playing to playing?

In the current form, no, the battalions will be tasked with the same missions everyday.

But, in the future, this can be something for me to script.

Currently the A Week In... scenarios are telling a story. So they are expecting you to follow a basic plan during the week in order for everything to come together by the end of the week.

But, the only limitation of them is the imagination, really!
