Help with manual stock level settings

Help with manual stock level settings

Where can I set my stock levels? I set it on manually but can not change anything? On my planet all maintain is set at -21474 but the arrows are greyed out. Any help?

It's set to a negative value? That doesn't seem right.

You should be able to adjust the values. You'll want to pin open the menu by clicking on "resource shortages" though. This menu can be a little hard to use.
