Preview Window Jumps - please fix

Preview Window Jumps - please fix

With the newest fix (1.0.1.9) it seems to me even worse than before.
I saw those preview window ghost image before appearing in the right spot from version 1.0.1.4 on (my first install), and I wanted to say it later.
But right now, it really annoys me, because this preview is really helpful and necessary. And it even appears sometimes in the top left.

Here is what I mean with preview window:

Hand here is, how it behaves in game.
Please note and watch: it appears at first at the bottom, than there, where it supooses to be. sometimes even on top left of the screen.

This happens also in the help screens of the research screen.
