Order problem

Post by Destroyer »

I ordered the mega campaign Desert Fox with, downloaded it but order the CD backup. I was charged for the CD but it coming up on one month and still don't have the CD. I've sent two emails asking about the status of the CD but haven't gotten an answer. Has anyone else experienced this problem, or can anyone help

To the best of my knowledge, the Desert Fox CD's were sold out a long time ago. Burn a backup from your download and continue trying to contact customer service.
Retreat is NOT an option.

I have experienced the same thing with the Screaming Eagles CD... I assume I'll eventually get it, although it doesn't matter much since I have the download.

I probably will not spend the extra for this "non" service in the future...

Same problem, same feeling. Hoping Matrix will explain us one day how it works (the back-up CD delivering). [:(]

Exactly the same in my case. It is very long since I ordered the back-up CD with DF or LV (I don't remember which one was it). I ignored it thinking that it's the problem of distance between US and Poland. However, it seems that the supplier is not a trustful firm.

Finally I got the back-up CD (33 days after the order). I hoped to find the SPWAW Vs 8.0 included but...nothing. I have still to wait for a week (ADSL connection) to enjoy this Wild Bill masterpiece... [:(]
