I am having a problem playing PBEM games.

I am getting a Connection error +9
Your account has not been activated.

I have entered my password and tried to login, but it is not loading.

I have tried login in on the Matrix site and am getting a connection error on that as well.

Not sure how to rectify this.

i am having the same problem with logging in. I've restarted the computer several times. I've gotten the latest updates but still can't play PBEM. Any suggestions.

i can log into ww1 but not my ww2 game - any ideas?
