Bug: Choose location start does not work (Outer Core, Inner Core, etc)

When starting a new game, in the menu where you select your planet's starting location in the galaxy, this option is broken. When I choose to spawn close to the center of the galaxy, It instead puts me in the way fringe of the galaxy.

I think "Random" works though.

I have noticed the same problem. If I can remember correctly, I was placed at the very edge of the galaxy almost every time I selected something other than random.
