Now I have another issue. Pirate bases....

I damaged this pirate base really badly but it damaged my fleet enough to survive.

Now, when I sent the second fleet, the second fleet won't engage it. When I right click on it to "set attack", it defaulted to "move to". So, then I queued an attack on the base when it was selected and with my fleet right there, it won't attack.
