[1.0.2.1] Bug - component Star Marine Barracks shloud not be CRW

Hello,
there is bug with component Star Marine Barracks - should not be CRW (Crew Quarter) type, because it do not have space for crew. In current state when you upgrade manual ship designs by Upgrade button and you have Star Marine Barracks as latest tech then game will automatically replace every Crew Quarter for this component and raise defect that ship design do not have enough crews. And player must manually replace all Star Marine Barracks back to Crew Quarters every time.

It will be fixed later when new Crew Quarter component was researched but it will take time.

Note: Automatically generated designs do not have that bug just those via Upgrade button.
