[1.0.2.1] Icon and value for happiness is higher than reported stats

Post by Llamageddon »

Making a more detailed report on your form, but posting here to link screenshot. Don't know if this is cosmetic or not as I don't know which stats are the correct one, though I assume the icon is correct as I haven't had rebellions everywhere.

Thank you for the report, did you submit a save file for us that also shows this in action? If not, could you please zip one up and share it with us?

Hmmm i have the same issue.
I understand that 100% taxes make them a little angry (I will be angry in this case too :D ), but at then end they are pretty happy with +30. Or they are not?
I think Location and Empire bonuses are doing that job, but still I should have much higher development - according Location bonuses, not just 169%. Something is wrong there.....

Hello,
looks that this was fixed in 1.0.2.2 - it looks completely different now (the same save as in mine post above).

But still I do not have idea why development is too low in mine capital world. It should be more than 300% (350 or so)

Just checked, still happening for me after the new patch. Save attached.

As an aside, you will notice I have a very silly name, inspired by me wondering how long I could make my empire name. I just gave up at the point you see. It doesn't seem to have any noticeable impact on the game other than being cut off at the end in a lot of screens, but you might want to add a limit on length, or not, is vaguely amusing, and something that doesn't seem to really be game breaking in any way.

Edit: The list of things I thought might be of interest that you can see in this save got so long I thought it might be more helpful to post it in its own separate thread, so I have deleted it from here and done that instead.

I just noticed what appears to be another error in values. Most of my largest colonies are reporting population numbers with (MAX) next to it, if you look at the numbers they are usually either much higher or much lower than what is actually reported as the Max Pop in the Detail Screen.
