1.0.2.1 oparation map sharing lost after reloading

In my game I have made agreement with several races that I can see their ships (operational map sharing?).
However, after reloading the game, I can not see their ships anymore (no flying dots everywhere). Even after restarting the game still the same.

ok did some testing. When I cancel the map sharing and wait one year and then make a new map sharing deal all their ships are visible again as intended. When I then save the game and reload it these ships are not shown on the galaxy map. When zooming in I can see their weapons firing but their ships are invisible and not indicated on the galaxy view.

when loading I cancel the oparational map sharing with each reace and after one year they offer a new deal which shows all their ships as expected. I have to do this after every loading. Its a little bit annoying but the diplomatic penalty is neglectable.

It now happens without loading. The operational information of these empires gets lost. No ships visible. Dont know what triggers this. Anybody else encountered this?

(I also noticed that the weapon effects etc of the other empires ships have no sounds when no ships of my empire are in the same system. But maybe this is not related.)
