Truck Unit's moving at a different rate

I have 2 truck units moving 101st to Bastogne but the trucks have a different movement rate! Can anybody tell me why?

I've found another problem. The 9th SS PZ Div's 20th SS PZGr Regiment and it's 19th SS PZGR Regiment both have the same TO&E but one, the 19th, moves as foot the 20th moves as tracked!! Both have gas and supply! Both have 800 troops, 70 Halftracks and 13 trucks. The 20th can move twice as far. We need a away to correct these OOB problems. The editor is too complex and need to be made simpler! IMHO!
