multiple times advisor recommendation unpossible colonization ...

As the Titel says ....
have this now multiple times and different independent planets ...
the advisor recommendation colonization .. build colony ship .. advice gift to the planet to get 100% sucess chance ...
and then ....
The colony is (and was the whole time) out of the colony range .. .. ..

Same here, as far as I can tell, advisor never takes into account if colonization is possible, just if the independent would allow it if it was.

The possible colony, that is out of range - but is adviced 2 times now is :

(was another colony that was 2 or 3 times adviced - always out of range - i wonder why this not work, before i check the planet tab, where it states then that i cant colonize because it is out of allowed range .. later it become "in range" and was on imho 4 try sucessful colonized)
