PBEM issue

Dear support team,

Just started yesterday a PBEM game yesterday with a friend. It worked well for first turn (playing axis). Now turn 2 (got notification this morning), I simply can't connect in PBEM room saying that serial number is invalid. I saw that issue was raised in the past but also read it was fixed. Should I do something special to fix it ? Thanks in advance for your help

Bought the game on Steam where it is still in my library.
