Interdiction reports

Post by tonyp118 »

Some help please as I'm still new to the game. My question is around interdiction and blockades.
I have 4 subs interdicting Rangoon. There are 3 surface fleets (3 Groups each in fleet mode) blockading Jayapura, Wewak and Lea (all fleets adjacent to the ports with Axis land units in each port) and one DD group in the landing hex at Ndeni (also occupied by Axis land unit). I also have an air group in support mode well within range of Rabaul. There are no Axis fleets in any of the ports. I am playing the 6 ships campaign.

Over 4 turns there was no mention of any of these activities in the End Turn Reports or the Combat Logs. Although my units are adjacent to the Axis units I am unable to see their strength, OP's etc. They remain hidden.

How do I know if I am doing the interdictions and blockades correctly, or if so, if they are having any effect?

Looks like the question I am asking myself here:

You have no report telling if your blockade is working or not. But, if it works, you may see some enemy ships around.
Chancellor Gorkon to Captain James T. Kirk:
You don't trust me, do you? I don't blame you. If there is to be a brave new world, our generation is going to have the hardest time living in it.
