Do characters like admirals and generals stack?

Do characters like admirals and generals stack?

Is there a benefit to a fleet having two admirals, does distance matter? Also I can’t put scientists on space ports, don’t know if this is intended

Scientist not on Space Ports might be intendet, since Space Ports dont activate planetary Boni as well.

Distance does not matter with Admirals,
and two Admirals are usefull if the have different boni.

Do you know if there is a way to choose which ship gets an admiral? Probably higher strength one

The lead ship of the fleet gets the Characters

In DWU you could teleport Characters across the universe with this :)

make ship in one system to lead.
sent character to fleet,
change lead ship, to ship in distant system
sent character to fleet.
change fleet for ship with character.
