Lend lease through Persia?

Assuming this is new with a recent patch - get 80 MPP in addition to Vladivostok's 80. May give Soviets enough staying power.

Yes, this was introduced in v1.12.00 last October.

Note that the Axis can prevent the arrival of these supplies by placing a naval unit within 10 hexes of Basra port, or by controlling any hex on the land route from Basra through Isfahan, Tehran and Rasht to Baku
