In short, you don't have to worry about things like Resources and EXP on the Roster if you're only doing one-off games. That's for campaigns in which you play a series of linked games, the outcomes of which influence the next games. The data cards' experience, convalescence, and new recruit boxes are only used in campaigns. The Mission, Background, Squad Quirk, and Demeanor options are just for fleshing out your kill team's characters and have no bearing on how the game plays. The remainder should be self-evident. After you've played a few games, you can start learning about how the campaigns work.

Sorry for this trouble. As I am new to this board and just want to try give me opinion so it's can be wrong. But I will be careful for next time.

I guess I'm just pointing out that your post doesn't have anything to do with this game. Its the wrong game.
