Does the Viet Cong / NVA lose points for killing Civilians? Both sides were not shy about killing their enemies. It doesn’t take much to be classified as a counter revolutionary or an enemy of the south Vietnam government.

It depends on the scenario.

In some cases yes, in other cases, no.
