Looking for a relatively new Soviet player

Hi,
I've been on a hiatus for most of 2020. I'd like to get back into this great game but feel quite rusty at this point.

I'm looking for a relatively new (or similarly rusty) Soviet player.
My preferences are as follow:

1. PBEM
2. updated CVs
3. no Soviet attack bonuses

Hey there, I have no idea whether you already got an answer or not, but I sent you a PM, I'm relatevely new to the game and want to get started playing multiplayer games.
