Looking for mid level allies opponent for ELO game

I will publish this game on Youtube, so hoping my opponent is willing to play at least to 1944, to get some good "end game" content.

Normal ELO rules + no early UK DoW on Japan + no Japan Dow on Soviets before USA entry.

I can play 4-15 turns/week, hope for the same.
