Ammo and Fuel Consumption of Ju 87G?

I try to estimate the ammo and fuel consumption of Luftwaffe per turn and have the following questions:

Its ammo and fuel consumption of Ju 87G show as 140 and 1290, respectively. When I do the toggle of the imperial units and metric units, they do not change. Obviously, they are not either kgs or lbs.

a) What is the unit of its sortie ammo and sortie fuel?

b) As the Fuel produced by either Synthetic Fuel process or Refinery Production is measured in ton (short ton: 2000 lbs, 907.18 kg) and the same as Ammo, what is the factor to convert them to ton?

I think you will need to get some detailed information from dev rather they are using Ton or Metric Ton.

The 1290 you see for fuel is fuel capacity in liters calculated to a weight of 0.75 kg per liter then converted to lbs.
I don't know how the actual fuel use is calculated by the game engine. the amount of used maximum flight range should play a role here.
The ammo use for guns is abstracted in data to 50 per heavy gun and 20 per small calibre gun barrel (+ 30 per heavy MG types). Ingame ammo use is probably abtracted for guns as well, for bombs/rockets it should be the actual bombs/rockets loaded and dropped.

Question regarding fuel usage.

Is fuel usage consumed per sortie regardless of miles flown?

Often wondered this, especially in regards to bomber drop tanks. Am I wasting this fuel by leaving the drop-tank loadout even if AC does not fly the miles required to use it?
