I've a feeling i've been here before but can't find it if I have.

Simple really, I've got 30 and can't create anymore?

Use the ships and bases screen to create more fleets. There is a cap of 30 with the right click menu it seems.

Thanks. Knew I'd been here before, just couldn't remember how to do it. Perhaps more importantly is, why i could not find it.
