ME edition?

The sequel of the legendary wargame with a complete graphics and interface overhaul, major new gameplay and design features such as full naval combat modelling, improved supply handling, numerous increases to scenario parameters to better support large scenarios, and integrated PBEM++.

ME edition?

I keep seeing (ME) edition when i download scenarios from older versions of TOAW 4. What is this edition and is it 'newer' and thus better for the conversion process into TOAW4 than say (COW) edition?

I sort of thought it was a way of differentiating the Matrix Edition from the Talonsoft releases. I've never seen anything that says that officially. I have seen some of the scenarios that I contributed listed as being (ME), but I never put that in the scenario titles or briefings. Therefore, I guess it means TOAW III or IV, as opposed to earlier versions.

TalonSoft released the Modern Battles in 1999 and the Elite edition in 2000.

I always that that is what ME stood for.
