Supplies or lack of them

I am so confused with this game at the moment. I invaded Russia at the start and within 10 turns i have run out of supply. None is getting to any units at all. My last logistics phase I had sup need of 83353 and only 4 sup received. Rep Fr Rec of 7720 and RepMnRec of 42514. I have spent 3 turns not moving or fighting and just repairing rail lines to no effect. When I check the pool supply stores+pool shows 3,813,154 (8,785,458) any ideas?

Most likely your not creating Depots and managing them correctly or your not repairing RR line correctly (double lines over single lines), or your miss managing your supply priorities or a combination of all the above.

Some screenshots or saves would be in order to help you.
