ReinfType key-values?

Looking for the table that contains the key-values for "ReinfTyp" which is used in Library SE_Data and Table 173) Flex TOE Types.

For example, 26 is Infantry, 27 is Machine-Gun, etc.

However, I have not found the table that defines these keys.

It does not appear to be Table 161) Flex Model Type, despite a field labeled as "REINF ID (LIB ID INITIALLY)". The values assigned those Model Type IDs are different than those in Table 173. For example Infantry is 0 and machine-gun is 7.

While I could certainly make guesses, it would be nice to see the canonical table values.
