Border color showing relation

I would like to ask for a little cosmetic change.

Could border colors be changed to reflect relation with a neighbour ? I've got red border with minor regime that is at war with me and the same red border with another which I have peace with, so I have to check relation everytime clicking on the bottom panel on the regime card.

I would be happy e.g. with red border for regimes that at war with me, green - when peace, any other color for unclear relation.
